The clock's have gone back, the nights are drawing in, the mince pies are on the shelves and Movember is here again. Yes, that time of the year when men all around the UK and the rest of the world sprout hair on their top lips in aid of raising funds and awareness for men's health - specifically prostate and testicular cancer.

For those of you not in the know of what exactly Movember is about:
Mo Bros commit to growing a moustache for the 30 days of Movember, and in doing so become walking and talking billboards for the cause. The moustache is our ribbon, the symbol by which we generate conversations, awareness and raise funds for men's health.
I took the pledge last year, and thanks to the generosity and good will from the many, friends and family, managed to raise over £200 towards this worthy cause. This year however, I am not alone in committing to Movember. I've managed to recruit a team from the Many including: Alex B, Alex H, Tom, Raymond, Chris, James and Will. Even though it's early days, the guys are showing great potential (some more than others) in growing their taches for the duration of November. We've already had big commitments from the brothers Harding in shaving off their beards to take part, big stuff. If you want to do your bit towards this worthy cause, you can donate to our team over on our Movember page.
