BBH Labs is one of the industry’s most influential blogs, dedicated to innovative approaches to marketing, technology and collaboration

BBH Labs, the global technology innovation arm of BBH, needed a blog to engage a global network and share thoughts and insights on where advertising and technology are heading. 

We designed and built BBH Labs on WordPress. Customising an out-of-the-box platform rather than building something bespoke meant we could deliver a high-quality product really rapidly, and also to take advantage of the massive number of plug-ins and other open source components.

As we were nested in the BBH London building, it was easy for us to work closely and collaboratively with Labs on the design and functionality of the blog. We kept things visually simple to keep the focus on the site’s purpose: to showcase thoughts and ideas. Seamless integration with Twitter and Facebook was crucial to creating a community platform around Labs.

This was a small, short project with a very positive outcome. Our clients knew exactly what they wanted, and the solution they needed was one we had a lot of experience with. We delivered the blog, including social functionality, in a matter of days and have made numerous tweaks as the site and its audiences have grown and grown.

BBH’s first-ever blog is now an influential voice within the digital community and has successfully positioned BBH as an innovator in this area.  BBH Labs has also been listed as one of AdAge’s Power 150.
