We work very closely with our clients, co-locating wherever possible and developing ideas in a collaborative way. This helps us deliver high-quality work very quickly. It also means we can deal with complexity and get our clients to market faster. We often find that the big changes we make require an ability to facilitate communication across client departments and partners, sometimes at the most senior level.
We love to partner: with other agencies, and with an extensive network of creative people – strategists, technologists, entrepreneurs, writers, photographers, filmmakers and designers – on a project-by-project basis. We have a culture of radical transparency and openness: wherever possible, we share our processes, our work and the thinking behind it.
We value diversity of background, skills and interests. We’re not all lifelong agency types – we have been CTOs of start-ups, journalists, management consultants, comedians, writers, and one professional chef. This is part of who we are.
